Check before contacting us
- Name the equipment
- Measure larger items
- Describe cases and other luggage
- Ask about suitable transport
A practical example
You need a long equipment bag for an activity. Give its dimensions rather than simply saying one extra bag.
What needs confirmation
Check what can be carried before confirming. This checklist does not promise a particular space or vehicle.
