BOOKING DETAIL
Make a pickup clear in the dark
Use a clear address and a visible meeting point for an evening or morning pickup before daylight.
- Check the street number beforehand
- Describe the entrance you will use
- Wait somewhere you can reach comfortably
- Keep your phone available for questions
Example: Two buildings have similar entrances. Give the correct number and side rather than only describing a door's colour.
