BOOKING DETAIL
When you cannot find each other
Check the address and contact the booking team if the pickup meeting is unclear. Avoid several simultaneous location changes.
- Check the confirmed address and time
- Describe where you are now
- Give a clear landmark
- Wait for coordination before moving again
Example: You wait at the correct building but on another side. Describe that side when calling rather than walking around the building.
