BOOKING DETAIL
Pickup after an event
Agree a clear meeting point when many people leave an event together. Exits and nearby traffic can affect where you wait.
- Check the organiser's current exit information
- Give the full venue name
- Describe where your group will gather
- Report any change in finishing time
Example: Your group leaves a performance through different doors. First agree where to gather and use that point in the booking.
