A · PICKUP
Saab Arena
Gumpekullavägen 1 · Linköping
Start with Gumpekullavägen 1 and check the organiser's current information before pickup. After an event the group needs a clear place to gather. Report changes to the exit or finish time. The listed event time does not mean every passenger is ready at the car then.
B · DESTINATION
Linköping City Library
Östgötagatan 5 · Linköping
Give Östgötagatan 5 for the city library building and check the entrance for your visit. If carrying books or other items, explain the amount travelling in the car. A booked activity and an ordinary library visit may finish differently, affecting pickup planning afterwards.

BOOKING DETAIL
When fewer passengers will travel

- Check remaining pickup addresses
- Choose the correct contact
- Ask whether confirmation needs updating
Example: The person due to be collected first no longer travels. Report both the smaller party and removal of the first address.
